Courageous Communication 101
is about learning to have Critical Conversations with Heart and Integrity so that you can feel Safe and Appreciated by Your Family, Friends, and Colleagues.
We'll spend a lot of time practicing communicating!
Learn how to:
- Feel safe, involved, and part of a diverse and inclusive community (where people don't agree with you)
- Understand how common reactions shape our conversations
- Listen deeply and speak from your heart
- Identify and unlearn limiting behavior patterns
- Be truthful to yourself and appreciate others' courage to be the same
- Celebrate diverse opinions for the wisdom they bring to the community
- Become a better communicator
